Be honest

List only items and services you can deliver. Do not mislead buyers about condition, price, or ownership. Official accounts must represent real organizations.

Respect neighbors

Treat other members with respect. No harassment, doxxing, or targeted abuse. Disagreements belong in civil conversation, not threats.

Use safety features responsibly

Map alerts and confidential reports should reflect real situations. Use authority-only pins for sensitive crimes when you do not want neighbors to see exact locations. Do not cry wolf.

Keep deals clear

Confirm agreements in the app so both sides share the same record. Meet in safe public places when possible and follow local laws for regulated items.

Report problems

Use in-app reporting for suspicious listings, abusive messages, or impersonation. Our moderation team reviews reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.

Consequences

Violations may result in content removal, loss of paid features, or permanent bans. Severe cases may be referred to authorities.
