Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only when needed to provide the service, with your direction (for example public map posts you choose to publish), with verified responders for confidential safety reports, with payment or SMS providers to deliver codes and receipts, or when required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your country you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Use My Account to request a data export or account deletion, or contact support if you need help.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Safety and fraud records may be retained longer where needed for investigations, legal compliance, or community protection. Deleted accounts are removed or anonymized on a reasonable schedule after deletion is processed.

International users

Handshake Center is designed to work globally. Your country selection helps us show the right emergency guidance, payment methods, and legal notices. Data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate.
